Computer Aided Library Management System (CALMS) is highly user friendly Integrated Library System in all aspects.The most salient feature is its capability in making a dynamic digital library. User can display full text PDF files of thesis, reports and books. It deals not only with books  but also with bound journals, loose journals, theses and reports separatly. This software is designed as a PC based Bioinformatic's application package. It includes most frequently required analytical tools for DNA, RNA and protein sequence analysis. The package also includes the protein 3D structure visualization and analysis module. To support routine molecular biology calculations some conversion algorithms have also been added. It is the first effort by NIBGE to develop and distribute free bioinformatics software that can be installed on a PC. This software does not require connection to internet and can protect the data from internet traffic. 

Installation instructions:

Download WinRar and extract the package to the location of your choice

Open the BioInfo Analyzer folder

Double click on installer (Bioinfo Analyzer)

Click yes on trial version compilation command box

Install per instructions on the screen.

An executable icon (Bioinfoanalyzer.exe) will appear on the desktop.

Double click on the icon and click “Start” on next prompt.

The program will open.

Click on Input data box , select DNA or Protein tools

Start using

Trouble Shooting:

If the first page does not open correctly, minimize the program and select it again (maximize) from the windows menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
