User can display full text PDF files of thesis , reports and books . It deals not only with books  but also with bound journals,loose journals,Theses and reports separatly.The following are the major modules.

CIRCULATION:           Issuance and reciept of books , Bound journals .loose journals , theses ,Reports.

REMINDERS:              Remiders collective and individual.

STATEMENTS:           Circulation system statements.

BARCODES:               Barcodes printing of books ,journals, thesis , reports ,accession        number.

OPAC:                       Online public catalog.

LISTS:                       Lists of Books , thesis, reports and members.

AUXILIARIES:           Reindexing , updating of database.

CALMS hase been designed in two versions i.e. CALMS full version handles books, journals , loose journals thesis and reports whereas CALMS lite is for books only.
